PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email or visiting our website.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@bombaymusk.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
and, if necessary, send a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Bombay Musk™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your
shipping address, contact us at support@bombaymusk.co as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
